We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, and we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please read our refund policy below.
Refund Policy:
All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
If you experience technical issues with our digital downloads that prevent you from accessing or using the product(s), we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement download if necessary. If that is not possible, we will refund you in full.
However, once you have successfully downloaded your purchase, it then becomes non-refundable, and at that time the purchase will show up in our system as completed and downloaded.
If you mistakenly purchased a product or changed your mind after purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
