What is your refund policy?
A summary of our refund policy is as follows: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once your order has been downloaded. However, if for some technical reason you are unable to receive your download, you will be eligible for a refund. View our full refund policy here.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
What is your shipping policy?
As our products are digital files, there is no physical shipping involved. Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to immediately download your digital files.
How do I get my download?
Once you have purchased your order, you will automatically be taken to a page with a download link from which you will be able to download your order.
You will also be sent an email with a download link.
No email? Please check your spam folder.
Note: The download link will be sent to the email address you provided when you purchased your order.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
What is included in the plans?
The plans are in downloadable PDF format. Each plan contains anywhere from 10 to 40 pages that include plan drawings, pictures, and step-by-step building instructions.
Are the downloadable plans that I purchase copyright-protected?
Yes. The downloadable plans sold at Kennysyard.com (this website) are copyright protected. Les Kenny (the author) owns the copyright.
In short, that means this:
Each plan you purchase is for personal use only and cannot be passed on, resold, or redistributed in any way without the express written permission of the copyright owner. All rights are reserved.
Can I sell an item that I built from a plan?
Yes. You can do what you like with any item made from a plan that you purchase from this website.
You can make as many of the items as you want. Keep them, give them away, sell them—do what you want with them.
It is the plan itself that is copyright protected, not the item that you build from it.
Is there any help in regards to the making of a project?
Currently, there is no personal help offered or given for any of the woodworking projects, including construction, advice on materials, plan alterations, costs, or other project specifics (it's a time thing, you know).
I try to make the plans as clear as possible.
If you think a plan can be improved in any way or you come across an obvious error, let us know.
Will there be new plans added?
All the time.
