Description
DIY Plans for a 3/4 size folding picnic table ideal for kids around the three to seven year age group. The picnic table folds down to a comfortable bench that will seat 2 kids. In picnic table mode, it will seat 4 kids.
The downloadable PDF file contains 24 pages and includes plans, pictures, drawings, shopping and cutting list, step-by-step building instructions.
When in picnic table mode it is 39-1/2″ (1004mm) long, 41-3/8″ (1051mm) wide, and 23-1/2″ (597mm) high to the top of the table.
The rear seat is 13-7/8″ (353mm) high with the front seat being slightly lower.
The tabletop is 39-1/2″ (1004mm) long by 17-1/2″ (445mm) wide.
When in seat mode, the complete unit is only 18-1/4″ (463mm) wide overall.
All length measurements in this project are given in both inches (standard) and metric (mm).
The standard (inch) measurements are given first followed by the metric equivalent in brackets. For example: 19-5/8″ (498mm).
It is such a great project to make and the kids will love it,

Plans were great i love th table my son built
Received the plans, bought all the wood, asked my wife to join me in the workshop and started the build. Easy to follow plans. The only problem we had was part M in the plans does not match step 12 part M. We had to make some alterations.
Thanks for providing this great project!
Haven’t made the table yet. On my list to build soon.
The plans are very easy to understand loved them.
Nice work thank you kindly
